This policy explains how Blue Line Capital ("we", "us") collects, uses and shares information through blc.capital and when you contact us. Blue Line Capital is a commercial funding broker that helps businesses find financing from independent funders.

Information we collect

• Information you give us. When you apply or send an inquiry, we collect details such as your business name, your name, phone number, email, monthly revenue range, time in business, amount requested, industry and state. Funders and partners may also send company and contact details.
• Information collected later in the process. If you move forward, we may request documents such as business bank statements so funders can evaluate your request.
• Technical information. When you submit a form we record the date and time, your IP address and basic browser information, which helps us document your consent and prevent abuse. This site does not use advertising or analytics cookies.

How we use information

• To review your funding request and present it to funders that may be a fit
• To contact you about your request by phone, text message or email, as you agreed
• To respond to partner and general inquiries
• To keep records, prevent fraud and comply with legal obligations

How we share information

We share your information with funders and funding partners for the purpose of obtaining offers for your business, and with service providers who help us operate (for example email, hosting and document tools) under obligations to protect it. We may disclose information when required by law or to protect our rights. We do not sell your personal information.

Mobile numbers and text messaging consent are never shared with third parties or affiliates for their own marketing purposes.

Text messages and calls

If you agree to be contacted, we and our funding partners may call or text you about your request, including with automated technology. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to any text to opt out, or HELP for help. You can also ask us at any time to stop calling or emailing you.

Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical and physical safeguards, including encrypted connections and restricted access to our systems. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so please do not send Social Security numbers or bank account numbers by email.

Retention

We keep information for as long as needed for the purposes above, and as required for legal, regulatory and recordkeeping purposes.

Your choices

You may ask to access, correct or delete your information, or to stop receiving communications, by calling (347) 894-2516 or emailing info@blc.capital. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under state law, and we will honor requests as the law requires.

Children

This site is intended for business owners and is not directed to anyone under 18.
